Description, Uses and Benefits:
Aniseed has been used to aid with muscle aches, bronchitis, indigestion, and has antispasmodic properties which can be helpful for nerves and muscles. Aniseed is added to perfumes for a rich, sweet fragrance and used in mouth washes and deodorants. Anise essential oil is also energizing and toning.
Aromatherapy Use: Muscular aches and pains; Gout; Rheumatism. Eczema; Ulcers
Cautions: Slight dermal toxicity. Avoid during pregnancy. Recommended for practitioners, NOT for general use. Birch is a powerful oil, always use it with a base.
